The best exercises that you can do for your abs is to use the exercise ball. Also cardio is critical when it comes to burning off the body fat! Keep your diet clean too and you should see results in a week or so

To tone your body you need to do weight training! Invest in an exercise band or set of light dumbells and start exercise at home a few days a week. Some days focus on the lower body and some days on the upper body. To be honest please see a trainer for a programme beforehand to make sure your technique is correct!

Massage and stretching are the best ways to get all the lactic acid out!
Try a deep sports massage and stretch at the end of your workout when your muscles are warm!

I know- very frustrating indeed! The best way is to eat from a tree and not a factory if you had to keep things REALLY simple. Try not to eat more than 2-3 fruits a day as they contain LOTS of natural sugars. Start any new “diet” with a detox and then remember the balance and not to eliminate any food groups!

It depends on the duration of the workout. If it’s an endurance workout ( over 1 hour 30) then you might need an energy drink. If it’s merely a weight training session then water will do!

I’m a ergular at the gym. I exercise 6 days a week, sometimes 7. I eat all the right things but still my weight goes up and down and is never steady, what am I doing wrong?
Lisa, is walking efefctive way to lose weight? My mother is 58 yrs and hates the gym. She prefers to take walks. She’s not very overweight but needs to lose about 5kg?

Chances are you could be overtraining?
A rest day on a Wed and maybe a Sunday could be what you need. Are you varying your training and eating frequently?
